The reviews are accurate. Staff were not very friendly and it took an hour for them to process a rental of a dolly. Also the location and pic are wrong. It's the back of the Domo. The staff however did not try to charge me more then I was quoted in the app, so the older reviews are no longer accurate.

Reserved a uhaul to be picked up, customer service guy refused to rent to me unless I took all the extra optional costs. Then when I refused he optional costs denied my service. I was told $220 for the rental, and came out to over $400. He would no let me decline any thing and accepted everything on my behalf with out my approval.
