Brendan went above and beyond helping me a few weeks ago! The whole team is exceptional and you feel like you are in good hands when you go to Gary Moe. Honestly the best experience at a dealership service centre that I have ever had. Thank you Brendan for supporting me through a very difficult day of being in Lacombe with a broken wheel nut and not sure how I was going to get home to Leduc. You figured out a way to find the part and get me on the road safe within a few hours. Truly appreciate your efforts - including helping get this issue paid for by the tire centre in another city that broke it and let me get on the road without disclosing it.

I factory ordered a 2021 Rubicon 4XE and the experience was amazing. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole time during the process. Adding parts and accessories was seamless. The financial side of the sale was top shelf. No surprises, just an honest discussion and fairness across the board. The whole team deserves accolades. The only downside of this dealership is the aged showroom, lot and service facility. Well, don't panic, a brand new facility is in the works. Soon, Gary Moe will have the facility to stand behind the exceptional people, products and experiences you will come to understand if you choose to shop there. Don't hesitate. Highly recommend!!

Went in to discuss the purchase of a used vehicle. Sales person was not very welcoming. Went in on a Saturday too look and told sales person I would get back to them on Monday. Sent a few questions to the sales person on Monday and did not get any response. Disappointed as I do my best to shop local.
