I was looking to have my furnace moved, hot water tank replaced and central air conditioning installed. A rep. from Quinn's came to our house and looked at everything that had to be done and also had some very good suggestions. If the review stopped here, I'd give 5-starts. But here is where they had total and complete failure. I was told that I'd receive a quote for the work in a few days. Understandable as there was considerable work to be done. A week later, after receiving nothing, I checked with them. I was told they are really busy and are behind. Again understandable. I was assured that within the week I'd get the quote. Another 2-weeks go by and nothing. I stop by the office and am then told they are working on it and I'd get the quote tomorrow. That was several weeks ago now. If they can't even give a quote, why did we waste our time? I wanted to support a local business, but I guess they are not interested.

Like any good business you get what you Pau for and every once in a awhile you get that bit extra. Quinns is that bit extra. They'll go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and taken care of. From the office to the techs they're just great all around.

I am very sorry for the negative reports towards Quinn's Plumbing & Heating. They were actually the company that corrected all the damage caused by another company in westlock alberta. Quinn's Plumbing was very professional and great to deal with and I truly would recommend them to anyone requiring such services. Again the negative response was meant for a company in westlock alberta . I graciously apologize for any inconveniences this very important mistake might have caused. The company from westlock cost me $2100.00 worth of damages so call Quinn's if you want honest and professional services.

Quinn's has been amazing throughout the years, always responsive, any issue with new or old items they are here and fix the issue. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable staff, they stand by the products they use. I definitely recommend.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Quinn's plumbing and heating once before. I am a Realtor and I had a first time buyer in need of a Furnace for their property. Quinn's was out with a price within a day and had the furnace ordered and installed within a week even through the pandemic shortages!These folks are terrific and this is why I will continue to refer them going forward.Mark

This past weekend, the power went off at my house for a couple of hours . Once power was restored all seemed to be working well .However on Sunday morning we noticed first thing that the hot water was not working in the house. As well the house has infloor heating so the heat in the floors was also not working .Not a good thing on a -18 degree morning. I tried to research online to see if I could figure something out. I was not able to so I called Quinns Plumbing & Heating .They had some years ago installed the boiler so I hoped that they would be available . It being a Sunday I was not sure if they would respond. But I thought I would leave a message anyway. Thankfully, very soon afterward I received a call from Brad. I explained my situation to him and sent him some pictures of the system to familiarize him with my heating system .After a number of calls back and forth he gave me some excellent suggestions to try to reset my boiler .After a few different attempts the boiler reset itself and is working perfectly . I am very thankful that Brad was available to guide me through my problem . And I am sure to call them in the future for all my plumbing and heating issues.

Thank-you Tim and John for the above and beyond service you gave us to help my elderly parents get their AC replaced in the extreme heat when you were already maxed out with service calls. Coming out on July 1 (holiday) to get the unit installed so they could get back into their condo unit which got to 32c inside. Carly and Mary Lou in the office were fantastic keeping us updated on the search for the AC unit and you all made it happen for us. I would recommend Quinn’s Plumbing for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Booked Quinn's Plumbing for a bathroom installation. The team showed up late to the appointment and no-showed on the next appointment. The day of the installation, they left a massive mess that we had to clean up ourselves, left fuses blown in the house and the main water was still turned off.If you want to be disappointed this is the place to use. Incredibly poor service and expensive too
