Their service is great! I took my 8 years old daughter to do her 1st ear piercing last week, Wendy is so nice and patient! My daughter is very scared and she didn’t want to be touched at all, Wendy patiently spent almost an hour to comfort her and finally my daughter got her ear pierced and felt so happy about it. We really appreciate their kindness and patience, they are the best!!

just got my ears pierced here twice.. was surprised to find out they that it was free with the cost of jewlery! lobes only but thats ok w me! Abina was my piercer and she was great!

I went here to get my ears pierced two months ago. I made a huge mistake coming to Claire's to get my ear lobe pierced because when I got home, I immediately started feeling pain in my ear. I decided to check in the mirror, and my ear lobe was turning noticeably green and black. I cleaned it out and didn't mind it until the next morning. I woke up and felt excruciating pain in my ear lobe. again, I checked in the mirror but this time it wasn't only green, it was yellow, black, green, red, and it was swelling up like a balloon. turns out the back of the earring was stuck inside my ear lobe and I had to go get it surgically removed. thank you, Claire's! you guys are the best!<3

My daughter and I went for a mother daughter ear piercing jaunt. We both wanted to add an extra piercing on each ear. We were a little scared, excited, nervous, excited cause it had been a long time since our original piercing and we figured…well OUCH! Enter Claire’s staffer LEXIE!! She is the bomb. Super professional and still lots of fun and she did a perfect placement for both of us. We got lots of pics, lots of laughs and terrific piercings. And best of all it was practically PAINLESS. Great store and great staff!
