Great place.When I came in 20 minutes early they grabbed my keys and got to work right away. Shop door was open so can see it all from the waiting area.I was getting some suspension damage repaired, and they went above and beyond to help take pictures for my records, and gave me a ride to/from town to help me make an appointment (which the time changed last minute, I would have been out of luck without that ride!)After my alignment had the report ready and printed off, and explained the numbers to me consistent with another mechanic I was discussing this with today.Very happy.

Always amazing, quick service! Most recently, our vehicle had to be towed unexpectedly to Culps at the end of day. They were set to be on holidays for a week and did not anticipate being able to get to it for a week but they managed to diagnose the problem, obtain the part and have it back to us in less than 24 hours! Always a great experience. Highly recommend.

While putting on my winter tires I had 2 wheel bolts that were rusted and would not release ( heads were rounding). Called Culps and they said drop around any time. With the right tools they took only a short time to remove the bolts. No charge! Great service!

Recently took my '15 Honda Pilot in to get the brakes checked. Entire service experience was great. Pricing was fair, work was completed on time as scheduled and feel confident knowing that brakes are in working order. Happy to support a locally owned and managed small business.
