Sharp Bus Lines Limited

I will not add (not on time) as it is only the 2nd week of school. I'm dealing with the issues as we speak. Sadly I seem to have many with every coming school year. They communicate poorly at best. Even well speaking to the bus driver which is a challenge with language. How in the world are my kids supposed to understand the driver if an adult can't. I understand covid has made things difficult but to tell the kids they are not allowed to talk on the bus is ridiculous. I'm not interested in anymore excuses. My children among the rest need good quality caring drivers. That can handle the job and like children. Sharp really needs to better and to vet the driver's. This is getting out of hand.

They are not very helpful and inconsiderate to people’s concerns.. Apparently my kids don’t have to pre-cross a street to get to their bus stop but they should walk on a road with no sidewalks to get to their stop. Just so unimpressed, bus driver is great but their administration is not!

You can't beat this company. Safe school bus operator.

They hire bus drivers that are telling lies I got a complaint that my son was throwing things at the bus driver and the school got a different one saying that my son was only standing on the bus. I ask the bus driver every afternoon how the ride went and she never tells me the truth. She writes my son up for things that she’s told not things that she sees so if a child lies about what they said then it’s too bad a write up is given. My son has rode the same bus for 3 years and not a problem then the school switches bus companies and now all the problems start. This company should not drive children.

This company puts their friendship with the bus drivers ahead of the children's safety. I went in with a compliant about my daughter's bus drivers kid and their fix was to put HER on another bus route making her cross TWO County rds with posted 80KM an hour. My daughter was 10 years old when this happened. Their was no investigation done and mine and my daughters issues were brushed under the rug. I now drive my daughter too school and find people to pick her up each night. Friendship is clearly more important then the safety of the child that isn't a bus drivers kid.

Since when doesn't a school bus come to a complete stop at a train track crossing... the driver a 853 blew two of them this morning let alone doing 70kms in a 50kms zone

I can't not express my gratitude for sharp Amherstburg!I had no way of getting to the stop for my child and I called sharp, I spoke with a man, I wish I could remember his name. He is myHero. He went above and beyond to help me. He knew I could not get ahold of the school and he kept calling for me!!. And when a friend of mine meet my child at the stop, this man knowing I was worried, took the time in the busiest time of day for a bus company to call me and the school again to let us all know all went smoothly.Thank you sharp!!!

The lady bus driver that drives my children is rude and yells a lot and she is not honest. Sharp bus lines is not good at communicating with the bus driver when parents add a designated person to pick up their children. You have to tell them over and over again and it affects families. Also the bus company has an attitude that they are a gift to us when really their services are not free, we are the ones paying them through our taxes.
