Not the fanciest of places, but great prices for rebuilt auto and marine batteries. I have used this store several time and never been disappointed. Oh yes, they buy used auto and marine batteries as well.

Bought a reconditioned battery for my winter beater. They did not have the EXACT size group I asked for on the floor, but they had something that would fit. Took it home, installed it with a small wedge to help the shoe hold it down, no regrets. It still works like a champ 3 years later. For a fraction of the price of new batteries, I'll never go anywhere else from now on.

Folks don't waste your time and money. I bought a used battery here and after 1 use my car's battery light is on. Not worth the trouble.

Have bought many batteries here for myself and others and made many referrals since 2011. Usually the batteries lasted well over two years but the last three didn't. I got towed back from Trenton and replaced both battery and alternator. The reconditioned, very weak replacement battery voided the warranty on the alternator before literally melting down last fall. One has to wonder if the previous battery caused the original alternator to overheat and break down. Bought a $50 battery for another vehicle and returned it today because it wasn't needed. He gave me back $30 citing a $20 restocking charge" that didn't always exist. He used to pay $10 for ALL old batteries instead of $5 for most

I've been purchasing batteries from here for at least 18 years. Not just for my own personal use, but also for my customers. Out of the dozens, I think I had one that was no good. I've found with refurbished batteries, if it's not going to work properly you will see it almost immediately. Not months or years down the road. If your battery light on your dashboard comes on, more often than not, you are having charging system problems. Not the battery.- Prices are fair.- Quality is excellent- Warranty for a refurbished electrical item, excellent.- Customer service, outstandingKeep in mind, cold winter days are going to be his busiest. He can only rebuild the stock he has. I've been there and witnessed people getting upset and yelling. How dare he run out of the most common battery on the coldest day. Come on people. Treat people the way you would like to be treated. If you don't like his business, go somewhere else. Have fun just trying to find another rebuilder that provides quality service like this shop does. And no, I have no affiliation with this business. He just deserves recognition for his quality of work.
