Prices are very high! If you're in a pinch it's convenient for locals but you're better off to go to one of the neighbor towns for anything more than a few items.

Great little grocer with a good selection of common items

Great little shop for the small community but 2 stars because of the horrible customer service from Tyneshia (that was the cashier name on my receipt but I didn't grab her name if that's not it) last night. She was VERY rude to my husband when she said she couldn't hear him thru his mask and the plexi shield, and then when I asked for my receipt she seemed to have been put out by my request, and then she aggressively threw my husband's smokes down the counter at him. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder even when dealing with the customer ahead of us.

Make sure you buy the in-house baking. Mass produced leaves so much flavor behind. Rediscover what food should taste like @ Discovery foods. On one word - Amazing

Nice little grocery prices seemed a little high but with all the inflation going on this might be the new normal staff were very pleasant

Not always the cheapest regular price, always has what you need and their specials are usually pretty good

It is a convenient location if I am heading to Courtney from Campbell River or even more so on the way back. My driver loves the Jelly Donuts they have so it's part of our trip now, they usually are devoured by the time we are home , myself eating one and the driver the rest of the package of 6 so now I bweuy another package if they have any left ! Staff is friendly also . My only issue would be its an old store and it's crammed full of groceries and other items that they have for the campers I assume. It hasn't changed since I was a teenager , I am in my late 40's now .It really needs an update especially the meat department at both locations has an odor that in my opinion screams clean me! With the economy now it most likely won't be happening anytime soon.
