My water heater broke on Friday morning. They sent a tech out after hours to check it out the same day. I had a new water heater installed by the time I got home from work Monday. Very good service, professionalism and quality of work. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a great company to deal with. The service and more importantly the quality of the service was excellent. This is a company who is doing a lot of things right. They asked me to send some pictures of the work I wanted done, and they reviewed them and were well prepared when they came out to the house to do the work. If you need plumbing services, these guys know what they are doing. They don't waste your time by charging you to go for parts, these guys do the homework.Special thanks to Robert and Dominic - excellent work and attention to detail.

We have had Sterling out a couple of times and have received excellent service. Jason was at our place to do a few different jobs in one visit. He was professional and helpful. Today we had Robert and his apprentice come and install our new dishwasher. They took their time to do the install correctly, made sure things worked, gave us a rundown on our new dishwasher and cleaned up afterwards. Before they left Robert asked if we had any questions about anything else in our house. He spent some time showing me around the fireplace. That was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Our technician was Eugene and he has dealt with us for the last two years. He’s amazing at what he does and he explains everything in full details. I had a couple company come in and do an estimate and Eugene found us a nice solution for our problem and gave us the proper advice we needed. I’ll be dealing with him going forward with any kind of repairs needed at our house. Thanks Eugene keep up the good work.

Robert G. did an absolutely fantastic job diagnosing the problem with my AC unit, and fixed the issue at an affordable price. He was professional and pleasant. I highly recommend him and Sterling. Great work and very satisfied. No more 30°C sleepless nights for me!

Blake was great. I work from home and my home office is just below our split AC. He realized and understood the inconvenience and he changed and clean the AC as quick as possible. It's always welcome when the business and employees understand customers.

I can't say enough about these guys!They showed up, I told them what I wanted, and they were able to do it, no questions asked.We had an issue with the electrical panel, and they got that fixed too. The service was amazing, and the pricing was very affordable.10/10

We had an issue with our HVAC system. Eugene was the technician. He diagnosed problem , explained and proceeded.Eugene was absolutely wonderful with my husband, who has cardiovascular dementia.He was professional, gave solid advice and options regarding our air conditioner and furnace.We are going with recommendations and would highly recommend the company.
