Allstate Insurance: Cambridge Agency

These people are frauds, I canceled my policy September 30 and one of their agents over the phone confirmed the policy was canceled, and they would refund me whatever money was taken out and when I checked for my refund for which I was still waiting they told me the policy was never actually cancelled which is ridiculous. I sent them a written letter attached in an email . Whenever you try to reach them out for any kind of assistance you never get the help you need or you will end up waiting for a long time, only for them to lie! very bad service!!!!!!!!

Ever since third party call center came in the service went down. Hard to contact, got in an accident and it's been hard to contact to get repair. Pay all these money and when in need. They are not there for you. PeriodUpdate : took 7 weeks to get an approval on repair that only cost $1200!! Had to call everytime for an update. They did not even call me back once!! Worst insurance ever. Will be canceling this insurance after.

A great company if you enjoy phone tag and the client needs to work harder than the employees to get any assistance. Don’t expect a phone call or email back, you’ll never receive one. They’ll take your money real fast for a “service” but not provide the “service” you’re paying for.

Horrible company and horrible services. I don't even want to waste my time writing about them - just stay away

An hour and a half of being constantly put on hold. Had to update my credit card as it had been compromised. They refused to waive admin fee unless I provided them with a letter from my bank proving my card was compromised. Customer service is atrocious.

They don’t even deserve 1 star but regrettably I have to in order to write a review. Their services are pathetic in all areas whether it’s car insurance or home insurance. I would summarize it in few words below from personal experience- STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATIONAll below is a lie as we cancelled our auto insurance with them voluntarily and now we are in process of changing our home insurance because this organization is all about cheating and ripping people off. They are happy when you keep paying them but the minute you are in trouble and need help - they start showing their true colours.

It was bad at the beginning but Michelle Budhu at Cambridge location was easy and answered all my questions quickly and kindly. Michelle went above and beyond during the process. I received excellent service from Allstate Insurance Agent, Patrick Long today. He was efficient in preparing my quote, helping me look up information, answering my questions, calling me back promptly, and e-mailing me the required document to send to my lawyer. Also, the insurance premiums were quite fair as I compared them with other insurance companies. Thanks again for your assistance Patrick!

I spent 18 years with this company and never once had a single problem getting taken care of when things went sour. Always quick and helpful service was my experience. I recently left Allstate because I bought a motorcycle and their quote was over 1k higher then my lowest quote. My 18 years with them ment nothing when it came to a new bike policy which is why I left and I took a star with me.Maybe some day in the distant future they will give me a more reasonable price for my bike and I'll bring my auto and home policy's back. I'm not holding my breath though as I have hears first hand from an allstate agent, that they don't like bikes and quote high deliberately.All in all I have not one bad thing to say about them other then their feelings on bikes.

My Agent was Adeel Awan since last more than two years. It was really very difficult to reach him, he would hardly call back. He would respond only at the time of Renewal of Policy other wise through out the year, he would disappear. Now I wanted to add one more car in my policy. I tried to reach him through e mail, phone calls/messages but there was no response. On Monday morning he called me and started shouting, that why I disturb him on the week end. Though his company web site shows that he works on Sat from 10 am to 4 pm. this uncalled for behavior was not at all accepted. After some hot argument he hang up the phone. I waited few hours that he might call me back and apologized, but I did not received his call. After making many calls to Allstate and wasting my whole day, I finally managed to change my Agent.
