APRIL SWEETS

Order a modified volcano cake. Subbed the matcha chiffon with vanilla and it was easy. The pickup was easy, however the parking in the back is tight and make l may not be that plentiful. The cake was gorgeous. It was one of the lightest cakes I've ever had. If you don't like sorry sweet, dense cakes, this is the place. The strawberry filling was amazing. Light, creamy and very flavorful of the strawberry. Delicate cake but for a special occasion it was worth it. Even the carrying box is lovely.

What a beautifully decorated cake! April Sweets honestly made my event for my daughter's birthday even more special. I chose a LOL Surprise 2 Tier cake to match our theme and it was much more than what I expected. They were able to accommodate customization as my daughter wanted to add macaroons to the cake. The cake had great detail and the amount of effort and love that went into it was amazing. It also tastes GREAT! I hate cakes that are overly sweet and this cake was just perfect. The top tier had vanilla and the bottom was chocolate which gave great options for my guests. They also gave little mini plastic plates and a plastic knife to cut the cake so in case you forget to grab these items for your party, you wouldn't have to worry cause they have you covered. The cake also comes in a see through box making it easy to travel with and also perfect for display purposes. The ordering process was also nice and easy and KIKI was great in answering my e-mails and etc. right away! I highly recommend this bakery. They will surpass your needs and more! I've been meaning to post this review for a while. We ordered a Mermaid birthday cake from April sweets for my daughter's first birthday party and a batch of mermaid cupcakes as well. Delivery was the night before the birthday and the cake arrived perfect, but the cupcakes were crushed. I was so disappointed and reached out to these guys, expecting a refund at best. However they actually went to the trouble of making a new batch for us and handed them over personally through an employee! Right in time for the party. I was very impressed with the customer service. Coming to the baked goods itself, absolutely delicious.

I ordered a cake for yesterday and it was as beautiful as the pictures online. It came with some good quality plastic cutlery and a sparkler. I really loved the taste, as it wasn't sweet at all and I could easily taste the seasonal fruit. The one thing I didn't like was the thickness of the outer layer of cream -- it was unpleasantly dense. Other than that, I had a very nice experience and service during pickup at the store. I would purchase again.

Amazingly beautiful and super delicious cake! I order them for all my special ones. They have called for every occasions and on top of that, all their cake are delicious! I personally prefer the Belgian chocolate and the coffee mochaccino flavours! The price is 100% worth it. You have my praise!

I highly recommend them for any occasion. Most cakes are so sweet you feel like your just eating sugar, but the cake from April Sweets was perfect in flavor and texture. We got this cake for our daughter's birthday. We, especially our daughter loved it so much. It was beautiful, same as what I requested. It was not only so neat and classy, tasted soooo divine with the right amount of sweet. So soft and moist. Great value for money. Loved the packaging too. I had to change the dates multiple times due to unavoidable circumstances but April Sweets was so flexible and nice. Certainly I will order again and again and will recommend to my friends and family.
