i usually book a customized facial or pro power peel with Melissa and it was never a disappointment. all appointments were calming, relaxing and comfortable and she was always easy to talk to. she responded fast and simple whenever i was confused about a product. she always had the answers to my questions, all while making my facials a lovely experience.

I tried the red light therapy today for the first time, and I feel amazing after! Normally after a facial I feel super relaxed, and after trying the red light therapy I feel not only relaxed but SO energized! Highly recommend Melissa (she is the best - so knowledgeable and caring), AND highly recommend trying red light therapy!

Melissa is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I've been seeing her for monthly facials for only 3 months and have noticed a big difference in my skin already. I've gone to many places for facials, but what really sets Melissa apart and what keeps me coming back is that she really listens to my concerns, she takes the time to explain everything she is doing and why, she writes down after care instructions, and she follows up on my concerns. I've also seen Melissa for energy clearing sessions, and I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived. The energy clearing is so relaxing, and afterwards, she offers valuable insight and also advice on how to work towards my goals in an attainable way. Working in the field of community services and mental health, I was definitely feeling exhausted and a bit burnt out before seeking services with Melissa. I’ve had appointments with her before and both times I’ve always felt so relaxed following a facial. She treats every appointment with so much gentleness, knowledge and overall care. She considers every detail in your appointment, from understanding your skin to providing a relaxing atmosphere in the room. More recently I had an intro to energy clearing services with her and cannot begin to explain the different sensations it brought forth. It was such a unique experience and I think worth trying if you’re looking to try a new service that relieves you from feelings of stress, anxiety and discomfort. I think if you’re new to either the experience of getting a facial, having a skin consultation or considering energy clearing, your best bet is to book with her because she will find out exactly what you are needing and provide just that.

I went to meraki Jefferson location today for an amplified facial service today, Melissa kissel did an excellent job not only at explaining me about what my skin needs but also she gave me thorough information about all the products she used on my face while doing the facial. She uses exact right products suitable for your skin , she made sure how every product felt on my skin and took her time. The neck and shoulder massage was great too. At the end she provided me some skin care samples to use and review if they suit me . I loved my experience. And i recommend it to everyone. Thank you Melissa!

I always have THE BEST experience with Melissa. The products she uses are so gentle and non irritating, it leaves my skin feeling smooth for days. She also provides skin/product knowledge so I learn something new every appointment, and not left guessing what she is using on my face. I highly recommend seeing Melissa for your facial, you will not be disappointed! She also gives the most amazing massage so that's an A++++++!!!!!

I went to see Melissa for a nice, relaxing facial before my wedding, but it was way more educational than I expected! I loved how she walked me through what she was doing, and why, and she was able to give amazing advice on my current skin care regimen. I mentioned that I was undergoing chemotherapy as well so she opted not to do extractions. She didn't want to risk the (very minor chance of) bacteria entering opened pores with an already weakened immune system. This was something I never would have thought about on my own, and I was blown away she considered this. I really appreciated her attention to my health and well being. Love Melissa!! Would recommend her to anyone!

Melissa spent two hours with my niece and I, explaining everything from appropriate products to appropriate brushes to recommended next steps. We had a really informative but also really fun afternoon and looked totally awesome when we left. Highly recommended!
