Keith was absolutely phenomenal in helping me clean my dryer vents in a concrete condo building downtown. I don’t know anything about dryers but he explained in great detail what he was planning to do and why he was doing it. I felt bad for him as I didn’t have many answers to his questions and being part of a strata means it gets even more complicated but he never got frustrated and just kept trying to find solutions. In the end the cleaning worked and I can use my dryer again. The whole experience with Keith was very pleasant and I would highly, highly recommend hiring him.

Keith did a fantastic job for us! He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us options, including the cheapest and most efficient one (which seems to be rare these days), and fixed it on the spot. Keith at Dryer Vent Wizard was literally a life safer. The amount of built up lint he removed from our dryer and vent was unbelievable. Made us realize how much of a fire risk existed in our dryer vent. He was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do. He cleaned up afterwards. Cleaning out the dryer vent also is going to save us money on our hydro bill. Keith tested the dryer performance before and after the vent cleaning and it was amazing how much more effective the dryer performed. We used to have to run the dryer twice to dry a load of towels, now one normal cycle is sufficient. In terms of safety and saving money in the long term, this was one of the best investments we have made in our house.

Keith was knowledgeable. Came prepared. I sent some pictures of our brand of dryer and location in house and the back of dryer which may or may not have helped out so there wasn’t any surprises on arrival. Pleasant to have in house.
