I went here to buy some work boots. They have a large range available, but choices do get a bit limited when you get past size 12. While the boots often come in larger sizes this store only has a small selection of the larger sizes in stock. The store also has a good range of work wear and other clothing. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I'm happy to shop here and will gladly go back.

I was at your store on may 19th around noon . I had the greatest experience, I was picking up work boots that I called about . They weren't the ones I really wanted. The young lady at the cash called a different store and I was able to pick up the ones I wanted . The best part for me was I treated with so much respect, I'm a transgender women and she was so accepting of me and made this one of the best experiences for as a transgender woman in a store. Thank you

Great visit today. More selection and sizes in the Up.James location then any other i have visited.Important notes currently change rooms are unavailable however this is supposed to change second week of July. Hand sanitizing is in effect at the door, staff wear masks, and items are kept off the shelf after return for 3 days as a precautionary measure and number of patrons is limited.Good parking and easy access for travel. Wheelchair accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. One young man even took all the things in my arms to lighten my load.All in all great Mark's location. This is now my home" store."

Store is OK. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. But do not enter the washroom unless you absolutely have to. Not sure who suppose to clean it, but looks like it is a once a year thing.

Amazing customer service, friendly and polite. Special thanks to Jacob helping me to choose my first steel toe boots, he is doing exceptional work, I much appreciate all suggestions and help. I would appreciate if the store would have better selection on women’s warehouse pants. Had to order them online.
