Horrible customer service. I was reduced to tears by the belligerent customer service representative because I was paying with cash. Apparently “only criminals use cash, everyone uses debit or credit. Why don’t you use those?”After berating me for ten minutes she eventually used the money from the back room and shipped my package.

Lady at the front desk usually has a very annoyed tone.I also NEVER receive the white pick up" slips your supposed to leave in the door or mailbox. I end up calling till my package is in or they will send it back"

How in tarnation is anyone with a day job able to make it to the post office between 9:30-5:15 for a parcel pickup?!
