Loved this place at first, dropped off a LOT of laundry and they took care of us for about $100 which was reasonable for the amount we asked them to do. The next month we brought in half the previous weight and on pickup we were charged nearly the same amount.Very unreasonable pricing in our experience, we are very hurt and disappointed. Never going here again.

Requested a hand sewn quilt to be dry cleaned. They decided themselves to just wash it. And ruined my quilt. I could have washed it myself. Never will go there again! Even Charged me for dry cleaning rate! Wonder how many other people they have done this too!!
