I've been coming to this location since it opened and I've loved it up until a couple years ago. Either the ownership changed or what not, but the service I get here is absolute garbage and the subs are disgusting compared to other locations. I just called to complain and they pushed it onto the fault of the customer after saying they'll speak to the manager about it.Please tell me how is it the customers fault if they change the subs around and it's a bigger order?Really disappointing from someone who doesn't get dinner tonight. I will not be coming back.

The staff here are suuuper friendly more times than not, but boy. The tomatoes this time and the frozen lettuce really got me. It doesn’t have anything to do with this subway specifically I see it at a LOT of them lately, but I felt this time it deserved a review.

Bad customer service is one thing but to lose out on money because of their mistakes, is overwhelming. Two different purchases, and both involved a financial loss to the customer. Hope for a better experience next time.

They never fill the Salad Bowls full, inspite of special instructions to please fill it full every time. Both the bowls were 1/2. I knew it they'll not fill it as always that's the reason I wrote the special instructions but in vain.

This subway is by far one of the worst. I don’t know if they changed owners, but the quality and service is not what it used to be a few years ago. The produce at this location on my last three visits has been disgusting; lettuce is slimy (yes you read that right), tomatoes are mushy and the bread is rock hard. Service is also non existent outside of staff asking what you’d like. If you’re thinking of going to subway, it is worth going to another location!

Came here to get subs for the family and my daughter had to use the restroom, they informed me both bathrooms are out of order, despite no signs posted. I asked where the employees go to the bathroom and she suggested the gas station next door. I literally drove to another subway location for my order out of principle.
