Don't usually have an issue with this McDonald's, but I rarely go. Mostly leaving the review to warn people that the splash drinks are not lemonades. They taste like water was trying to remember what a lemon tasted like. Better off buying your own lemon for 3$ and mixing it with water.

Bad customer service in a very dirty restaurant. Asked 3 times for a tray rather than a bag, no ketchup cups and asked while waiting. Nobody brought any or offered ketchup packages until 5 min after our order was ready. They ran out of cups....so dont you think to maybe give packages to a customer clearly waiting for ketchup? Lastly, this location was just renovated and it is like putting lipstick on a pig. Food all over the floor, garbages full, tables dirty. New girl on cash and was clearly struggling with where buttons were and there was no help for her. She didnt even attempt to ask for help and just said she didnt know how to do that when asked for extra mayo.I have patience but this has not been a successful or pleasant dinner.

Placed an order thru SkiptheDishes. For $50 I recieved 2 large fries, 1 burger and 3 drinks. No extra sauces that I paid for!!! No Happy Meal, no double big mac. The boxes of fries were HALF filled. Skip or the restaurant will not fix the issue. A girl on the phone from the restaurant said sorry once it leaves the restaurant its not our problem. HOW DO YOU LET SOMEONES ORDER LEAVE THE RESTAURANT LIKE THAT!! Disgusting.

Manager of this Mcdonald is an amazing person! She is always so kind to us and even gave my 5 year old a free sundae on his birthday. Fast food and great service. I'm not a fan of the new lay out, though.

Mess up my order every single time. Often paying for two meals and only receiving the one. Not sure how they can mess up this badly every single time

The renovations you made seems to me to have been made to look cold and uninviting so that patrons will refrain from dinning in. You even removed the outdoor patio. The only way better to make people not want to be there would be to put up a sign saying stay out.

I’m very disappointed when I buy a large fries I’d expect a large fries especially paying $5.07 if I had of opened the bag while I was in the restaurant I would of complained this is ridiculous. Over the past few years quite often I have gotten a partial box of fries

I am confused. I just went through the drive thru, ordered an egg McMuffin with mustard but apparently “We are unable to do mustard this early in the morning”. What does that even mean?! It’s 7:30 am! Do they keep the mustard locked up until burgers are served?

Waited like 15 minutes at the counter to get a straw for my drink. They literally saw me standing there the whole time but nobody could be bothered to take 4 steps to the counter to ask me what I wanted.... Probably would've waited longer tooif a crowd didn't form behind me.

Was given the wrong order and when I came back through the drive thru was given attitude by the lady at the speaker as if it was my fault I was given the wrong item. The outside is also filthy, can’t imagine what the inside looks like. Won’t be back here unfortunately.
