We have used this company for our 2 Daikin heat pumps for a few years now (installation and regular service). We have had a couple of warranty repairs needed with our older heat pump and Laagland's has always responded promptly to our calls for service. We have always found them professional, competent, and helpful, and so we have recommended them to family, who have also been pleased with their work. .

Called Laaglands on the advice of Gullison Flooring and they attended very quickly. My heat pump had caught fire and is 22 years old. Thought it would result in a removal of the current system, but Mike was able to bring it back to life and Happy to say we're comfortably Kool!!! Thank you Mike!!

I've quoted with 5 different companies to install heat pump and provide the support to apply for the rebates. Mike is very patient to explain the details in a very simple manner. I've also dived into their specs by researching their equipment performance. Daikin has one of the best performances and their price was great. I'm happy with my new multizone heat pump. Do quote with them, you'll have the better equipment and 12 years of peace of mind with their extensive and responsive warranty

Love working with the team at Langland's. We bought our heat pump six years ago and the advice on which model to go with was spot on and the install was done well. We've had two service calls since then and both service and parts were replaced under Daikin's excellent warranty. Highly recommend.
