This review is a long time coming. I really should have written one long ago.. but here we are.I've been in the automotive business for many years. Througout the years I've used D&M countless times.I highly recommend D&M (specifically Gavin). Gavin I appreciate all your help, patience, and courtesy every single time I've called. Worst used auto parts ever. Sends wrong transmission parts 2 times and blames customer and attempted to extort $450 on top plus $150 shipping fee not to mention We paid $1200 for transmission it self has 250K km. Expect a lawsuit for punitive damages and time losses plus legal fees. Nick is best salesman

Back in the day when I was still in the auto wrecking business, D&M were my go to. I knew that if I was buying anything from them, that I was getting quality. Gavin in particular has always been a solid guy who later turned into a great friend. Even after all these years of being out of the business, I will forever recommend these guys as the best Auto Wrecker in Canada.Thanks for all the help!

I came to salmon arm for a tournament and got a flat. Called D&M and they confirmed they had a replacement rim for me and after asking multiple times for them to confirm, they told me 100% they had what I needed. So I drove an hour and a half to Lumby and went to Kal Tire after that only for the rim to be too big and not fit. Didn’t appreciate having to make the drive there and back for no reason while driving on a spare… Disappointed, they gave me a refund but honestly was a huge waste of time and not sure why I was ever told they had a part for me…UPDATE - spoke to the salesman personally over the phone, things happen and situations don’t always work out, it was unfortunate and frustrating at the time but having them reach out and having spoken to them after the fact shows me that they are ready and willing to help, just unfortunate circumstances for this situation.
