The Office very rarely answers the phone, and when finally got through was on hold for 1 hour. 2 phone appointments when really should have been seen in person. Finally gave up and went to emerge. Emerge dr also agreed should have been seen in person.

Great doctor. Love the virtual care option. Listens to patients. Got me an MRI on my knee quickly - turned out I needed surgery . Friendly and helpful receptionists, too.

Feel very lucky to have Dr. Naik as a family doctor. He is kind, patient and really feel he cares about the well being of our family. Never feel rush or brushed off! We won't the family doctor lottery!

I was motivated to write a review not because they asked or got an email requesting one, but because they truly are a pleasure. The most consistent office I have ever been in. I have been in and out of the hospital/dr.office pretty much my entire life and I couldn’t be more impressed. Each time I go in I leave with a smile and a good impression in my heart toward Dr. Naik’s office. Thank you for your service to our community it really is greatly appreciated. Merry Christmas!

Always been great for our family. Has always listened and taken concerns seriously, and followed up for additional follow up when needed. I have never felt like I have been rushed out or that he hasn't given me his 100% attention when I'm there. Would absolutely have anyone in my family be in his care. Office has always been great with appts.
