Deserves a zero star rating, but you have to give 1 star to leave a review. This company is a fraud. They are not there to help you. They lie nonstop. They act like they are there to help you but use nothing more than crooked used car salesman techniques.

Bola Amudipe was the representative at Easy Financial. I was trying to get the loan approval so I can pay off some of my debt. Bola was very professional and she was very helpful. Fast response and she did all her best to help me get my loan approved. She did a very great job and I appreciated all the help from her also from her manager, her supervisor of the branch as well. I have been doing business with Natasha and her staff for a couple of years now. They are always so friendly and quick to help no matter what it is that I am needing.Today's transaction with the branch was absolutely unbelievable!!!! I called into branch at 10 am this morning. Did up the application over the phone. A couple of emails and hours I had my loan emailed to me, and never left the comfort of my livingroom.Natasha and Jeff really did make this easy! This company deserves NO stars and a 0 rating but it won’t allow to put no stars unfortunately. The people who work here are extremely rude and condescending and lie to you and don’t communicate well. Don’t go towards companies like these with high interest rates - they are criminals. There are better options out there through banks if you sit down and talk to a financial advisor. Do NOT go to EVIL corporations for loans - they will lie and manipulate you!!!

I was confused and didn’t understand what was happening with my account. So I phoned the branch at timberlands in red Deer. I talked to a lady named Bola . The way she explained about my account, it was so easy to understand, it made so much sense. And JEFF the manager, what a personality, so easy to talk too. The staff at easy financial are so kind, they deal with you with nothing but respect! Thank-you!
