The tech was so amazing, he came late on a Friday pm and stayed until he had found the problem! All fixed and only charged for his visit. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone owing LG products.

We had a leaky valve on our hot water tank, the shut-off valve at the top of the tank... Abdell was very knowledgeable and professional while he was here diagnosing/servicing the valve. He was having some technical difficulties with the valve he initially brought, we thought we’d be out of water for the night until he could return with another. He was able to find a temporary valve to install, his first visit was 3 hours, just fidgeting with the temp valve to make it work for us for the night. His dedication in making everything work out for us and keep us with water was outstanding. I recommend using Tabreed Thermal Control. Very good service all round!!

We had an issue with our water heater at our home, it would not stay on to heat the water. I was concerned because it was going to take 5 days for someone to come to repair.Abdell called in advance and asked what the symptoms of the issue were. To which, I provided a description of the problem.Abdell arrived at our home, after hours and had it working for us within the hour. Finding refrigeration service in the Hamilton are is difficult to say the least. It seems that you either have to take it to Toronto or buy new equipment. I've also found that most technicians are just part changers" and can't be bothered to actually diagnose a problem even though you are paying for the service call.When my ice machine stopped working

We needed some work done on our LG washer and LG dryer. The technician (Jaime) who came to help with the repair put in extra time to go above and beyond in fixing the issue and solving a much larger one he found with the dryer. Would highly recommend them and will use them again!
