I love the products and the scents here and the packaging is usually very simple yet cute. However, the customer service when I went yesterday made me uncomfortable. They kept offering me a bag more than five times even tho I said no thank you and had only one item. They also kept following me around and suggesting and upselling other items despite me saying no thank you to needing help, as I have been here many times. Ultimately, I didn’t even end up buying anything because of how persistent and uncomfortable the employees were. They need to learn to respect customer’s space especially after being told no

Just ran out of the vanilla diffuser. It's amazing. Also the hand cream. It was my first purchase. Now that I know quality is good, I will be back.

Yesterday I went to buy hand cream but the waitress has a very bad attitude, she has long and black hair, I think she is Vietnamese. she was mean when we paid and asked something about hand cream

It was my first time walking into the store in over 6 months and I was on a time crunch. I walked in thinking I knew what I wanted to get until Marina approached me and showed me a few things. She was very helpful and informative, not too pushy or overbearing. She was creative in showing me how you can use the same product for different purposes but also in various ways, so that I could maximize my experience in using the product as well as consider its longevity. Her assistance helped me save on time and narrow down some of my options. In the 15 minutes I had, I purchased everything with confidence. She even made the transaction memorable by going above and beyond. In knowing that I was purchasing gifts for my friends, she armed me with tissue paper, extra bags, and even went through the trouble to cut me some ribbon so that I may Laline-itize my gifts! She blew my mind with her thoughtfulness and her genuine enthusiasm! I didn't even have to ask and she was 10 steps ahead in equipping me with all that I needed to extend the Laline experience to my friends! Marina is truly a gem! I even came back several times afterwards and she assisted me in a hassle free return, an exchange, and even helped me understand exactly what I was saving when I was debating between two products. Her patience and kindness was truly appreciated that day. She truly embodies and exercises great customer service. With the epidemic being upon us, it has deterred me personally from shopping in the malls and so it means that much more to me to have a good experience at the store. Thank you Marina!

Love the products, but to be honest it would be a better experience to just buy what you need and not being pushed to try this and that and try to upsell the products when you said 'thank you that would be all.'

First time I've been to this store. I love their face oil for mature skin and the perfume bath soap it has beautiful smell all made in Israel. They have lots of good stuff for face and body.

The customer service is phenomenal here. Very thorough. The products are also amazing too. They did a demo on me despite being in a rush, and I went home and kept thinking about the products and had to go back and purchase the Dead Sea salt scrub, as well as their other bestseller rich body cream. Smells absolutely beautiful, doesn’t leave any residue, and keeps your hands/body amazing for hours.

Half the items in the store have no price tag. I bought a diffuser (including sticks and fragrance). When I went back to purchase a refill, I was told they don't sell refills - I'd have to purchase a new diffuser. No thanks!
