Reitmans

The Reitmans in Kamloops BC does not sell coats, went up there specifically to look at what is advertised in catalogue, and had there been a note or something saying they didnt sell coats in kamloops store i wouldnt of drove all the way up to aberdeen to look at them.... should have that somewhere when looking up store locations ect

When you are carrying an article of clothing around while you shop so you can match other articles and the clerk wants to take the article from you to keep at the counter because (in her words) it is easier for me to shop...if offends me. First of all...a pair of pants isnt hard for me to carry . I felt as thoigh she thought I was shoplifting. I dont carry a purse and I didnt have any bags that I could have hidden something...and most important. I dont shoplift!!!!! Although I understand there are shoplifters everywhere and shops need to be dilligent, sometimes I wish shop keepers would just let people shop. When I am being followed and constantly watched it makes me uncomfortable and a bit angry. My opinion.

My review would be a lot higher if the store carried sizes 3X. It is sold online so it makes no sense why it isn’t in store. You have other plus sizes and wouldn’t not offer smaller sizes “because they’re offered and can be found online”. Staff were kind and helpful. I just think if your brand is going to offer multiple sizes that you should actually stock it...

Always the best customer service but some of the quality of clothing could be better.

First off the local number for this store doesn’t work, so you cannot call ahead to check stock, confirm hours or discuss returns. Secondly the return policy is so restrictive there doesn’t seem to be a point to buying anything from them! If you accidentally take a tag off? Screwed. In no uncertain terms are they willing to help me out in a size exchange. Go figure! Last time I’ll -ever- be giving them my business. That also has to be the smallest 2x size I have ever tried. Do better Reitmans.

Stopped by for the mid-season sales yesterday, browsed a little and made a small purchase. Returned today with another coupon to make some larger purchases and the lady was excellent. Friendly, not pushy, left me to browse, try things on, ruminate on the items at hand. She patiently and knowledgeably answered a few questions I had. The store was well stocked with clothing options in pleasant colours and a variety of sizing. Overall an excellent experience.

I'm from the rural area, I purchased a pair of jeans from Reitmans in Kamloops BC I went back to return it to get a smaller size. They wouldn't take it back because I missed the grace period of 1 month to return the product even if I never used it plus the tags were still on there and It doesn't say anything about 1 month grace period on the receipt.

I technically don't shop here, but my wife does. Store is clean and organized. People are friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely experience in the store on Saturday. The ladies were very helpful. The change rooms were clean and sanitized in between customers. A good selection of styles in a variety of sizes, with good sales. I will be back.
