Glogal Pet Foods in Ancaster is by far the best Pet shop in the area. I have tried many other pet stores and this one stands above the rest and deserves this accolade. The owners go out of their way to provide products that suit your pet and satisfy their needs. Their knowledge and kind service stands out. Worth a visit if you need help finding the perfect food for your dog.

Top notch knowledgeable staff. Quality food. My dog was neutered and they stock SOFT recovery suits which is excellent for my min. Poodle . No need for any kind of cone. We tried them all but this was SO MUCH BETTER for our min. poodle and about the same price as the fancier cones. They were very helpful to find the right size. Poodles are slim with relatively long necks so all coats tend to be too wide for their length. I just sewed a couple of pleats on the back leg openings. SUITICAL RECOVERY SUIT recommend and Global pet store Ancaster.

We recently started coming here because they carry the only food our rescue toy poodle would eat. The staff are amazing and very friendly. I once ordered the wrong food and they exchanged it no problem. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on! :)

The owners Brad and Meghan are very knowledgeable about your pets needs.I was feel that they listen to the concerns l have about feeding my two, very picky eaters and are willing to look up and advise me on my concerns.Love the fact that they will order in specialty food that they do not carry for no extra charge.They carry a huge selection of stock for both dogs and cats.Just a great place to shop for your pets needs.

This location is always a breeze, I'm usually picking up for a family member who calls in the food even up to 10 minutes prior to me showing up. Whenever I arrive, the food is ready at the counter and it's a quick in and out. Staff is also friendly and knowledgeable.

This is an amazing location to shop at. Owners Megan and Brad located a product that I thought was unattainable. They were kind, courteous and eager to help. The best customer service bar none. Although I live far I will definitely shop there again. Thank you for a memorable experience.
