Booked tour through Expedia and Spent $564.00 for my family of four. When we arrived at the boat NO ONE WAS there!!! We tried calling their phone numbers and the phones were no longer working. Expedia reached out to them by email asking for our full refund and they refused. Now I’m having to deal with my credit card. Please do not book any tours with this company Pacific Ferries!!!

My mom and my 5 yr old daughter and I had a blast on saturday june 30 2018, we saw alot of orcas and james our guide was super awsome and so friendly. The whole experience was amazing and id recommend to anyone who wants a enjoyable time and wants to go whale watching and friendly and helpful staff to go to pacific ferries. Ill be going back to them next year for the next time :). We where out for about 5 and a half hrs and was a great experience. :)

Dissapointing. Would not recommend. Any other cruise is so much better. I bought tickets from GROUPON for 3 hour Indian ArmVery small boat. No comfortable seating. Claustrophobic and stuffy, No place to sit or stand outside. Definitely not ok for children or elders. The ususlly beautiful falls were not much to see this summer.

Not even a single person answering phone, phone numbers listed are all not working.No signs posted near the post. Does not do a sightseeing tour , what they exactly book for is not even properly shown on website

A total joke. Went 3 times and never saw ANYTHING. They didn't want to give us a refund. Don't waste your time and money there.

Poor communications. The ONE water fall we saw was fairly small. We limped back to dock on one engine.
