Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have one thing I wanted on a whim, but they made a good suggestion for me to order it to the store ahead of time.

Very clean and shopable. Shelves stocked. Shopped Tuesday around 2pm and store was not busy.

LCBO was fully stocked with the wines & drinks that I wanted. It was clean & sparkly........at the entrance there is a sanitizing station. The cashiers desks are all clean & they make sure that people are socially distanced

I echo the other reviewer’s comments that we will not offer any business to this store any more! We experienced the worst cashier in Toronto who has shown us that she cares none about customer service and she definitely shall be re-trained on how to perform her job and respect customers properly. Be aware that LCBO’s cashier system does not always show the products on sale and customers end up paying the regular price instead of discounted prices. This is our fourth time experiencing this issue at various LCBO stores, however other stores rectify the issue properly while this store’s staff was very rude. The experience was very unpleasant.

I enjoyed my experience there to shop for alcohol and most of the staff are nice to me when asking for recommendations. And this is why I still give a 3 starsBut this short Asian old cashier that work today at around 5:15 pm is rude as hell. She seems like she has a bad day when facing female customers but then another mood when facing male customer. Please let her know I wish her all well working with a better day and better attitude.I asked her to scan a bottle of drink first as I do not know the price for that (I didn’t get after) . The scanned drink was still remain on the screen so I simply remind her to take it down when checking my drinks out. She responded as “I know” and I kindly reminded her again when we about to checked out. She did not give a single response but throw me the receipt after. I checked after and found out she didn’t charge me for the drink I asked to scan first but man can’t you just simply tell me what is going on instead of silence treatment. Not everyone understands what is going on when we don’t work there.So if you ever see that lady work there again, better go to another cashier or just not ask her for help at all because she won’t response nicely

Innis & Gunn Caribbean Rum Cask beer is currently (until March 26th) on sale: $15.60 for a six-pack (6 x 330 ml bottle).I have not seen it at any other LCBO outlets in the neighbourhood.Product Details:Blood Red Sky is Scottish red ale aged in contact with oak wood from Jamaican rum barrels.In the glass it is deep brown, with aromas and flavours of ripe fruit, chocolate, molasses and espresso coffee.It is full-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a lengthy finish. Pour with grilled burgers or chocolate-based desserts.

Great location and parking. Excellent selection of domestic and international beers, liquors and wines. Great staff and service.

I specifically ONLY go to this location if I can, everyone is so friendly and helpful. AJ makes great recommendations, Joshua is a legend and always gets me in and out quickly, Avy is a sweetheart, I miss Mitsy (she was a real one) couple other that play a big contribution to this amazing location. They also usually have a solid inventory including harder to find items (Clase Azul, Veuve Clicquot’s, 1738 and other limited edition bottles)

Christmas eve! Very busy. Not a big selection. Shelves were neat and tidy but the wines they had left were spread out over the shelves
