This plaza is poorly designed- even for cars. It's difficult to get into, and navigate amongst the many businesses that are lined up, and stacked in the main buildings. There's only one narrow strip to walk the entire plaza, and as you can guess vehicles once they get inside they are in a mad dash to get to their appointments.

Parking here is a nightmare. Sometimes it is crazy busy with no regard for parking Bylaws. Some if the stores *the sweet shop* are super busy and as such pedestrians flood the side walks blocking a clear passage and spill into the roadway with no care for safety or traffic.

This is for Royal Paan. Inspite of repeated requests they have failed to convince their customers, not to park in front of the store causing inconvenience and hindrance to the smooth flow of traffic.

You have to pay for parking in one side and the other side you don't but it's hard to find parking and most of the shops are just run down and not really maintain properly
