Tyler Lefeuvre runs a very smooth operation! Got me the exact tires I wanted at an amazing price. Fit me in to the exact time slot I wanted and had my tires done in no time. All the techs are very knowledgeable and treated me excellent. Highly recommend! Will definitely be going back!

If I could give more stars I would! The impeccable customer service and knowledgeable staff that explained the technical concepts to me made this experience very easygoing and unstressful. Tyler was a great help and very understanding of my unique situation and solved all my problems after 6 months of trying to solve this issue with other tire shops. I will be coming back to this specific location for any other tire-related needs I might have in the future!

Poor workmanship and even worst customer service!Came in for quick simple mount of a rim and tire, literally a 15min job.After receiving the wheel upon completion noticed that the technician damaged the rim upon installation of the tire. He then comes out to take a look and wouldn't even own up to it! Also he didn't even have the courtesy to wipe all the tire lube off of rim after the installation... -_-Customer service advisor kept on insisting that their tire machines cannot damage any rims and that they were not responsible for the damage but, wasn't able to prove anything. Showed him pictures of the rim before I brought them in and said he couldn't see the pictures too well... Don't waste your time/money and save yourself the headache, take your nice wheels to a reputable shop that knows how to deal with them properly, do not recommend this place at all!

Had a great experience with your location on Hopkins street in Whitby Ontario. The gentlemen by the name of Curtis Pike was the one who did a tire balance and just felt the need to say thank you so very much , and let you all know he is a great hard worker and your company needs more men like him working for your business, cause not only did he do a wonderful job he was also very professional and has great people skills.Thanks Again Curtis keep up the great work!!

It has been years, and yet the understanding of experience and value has been retained which is shared with others regarding Kaltire, including the Whitby location, and the Nokian tires for SUVs. Perhaps consider, researching the tires and difference, to assist in understanding and decision.For me, the time has come again for another set in this spring and considering Kaltire and Nokian firstlyTake care and safe travels

I went in looking for new tires a specific model but I also wanted extra height on my vehicle, the gentleman took the time to look up both, and I have placed an order for four brand new tires, which is going to include balancing and installation. Very professional and helpful staff. Looking forward to my new tires arriving and getting them installed.

Needed good winter tires. Did my research ahead of time. Called in to order them to make sure I ordered correctly. Got tires within 2 days. Install was quick and professional. No fuss. In and out in 40 mins.
