I was followed around throughout the store and I only got a few items literally someone peaked at me every 2 seconds come on if you're going to hire people that are going to watch other people so they don't steal you should at least hire people who are going to be inconspicuous about it and not offend people losers

The management here is terrible, especially Caprice. Has a biased opinion so she doesn't release information and has extremely bad customer service. Answers the phone yelling for an answer and then says you're yelling when you have to yell back. Will proceed to hang up on you if you defend yourself. Tried calling to complain to a help representative and they didn't know what a T4 was or the employer code I was asking for.

Hate this location.. never any pre cooked/ ready made foods for convenience and every single time I purchase steak here it beeps on my way out then I have to get run through interrogation process adding time to my already crunch time schedule post work. So annoying.

Twice here and each time was a negative experience. I'll try not to repeat return. Browsing some jeans in the men's section- young employee 5' away with a nose ring abruptly stomps past me speaking into my ear that I was in her space". I guess customers aren't welcome in the aisles?"

Everytime we go, huge line up at self-checkout and 4 workers just standing there doing nothing. What a horrible way to do business....have your customers do the work while the WORKERS just stand and chit chat. Open all the tills, enough of this.

Extremely annoyed with this location! Several employees loafing around, yet none of them can run a til? I am trying really hard NOT to support your jobs being outsourced to robots and I resent having to use the self checkout. Could you guys meet me halfway? Its no wonder department stores everywhere are suffering rampant theft. Rampant stupidity!
