Why realtors don't like Max? Because Max tells the real state (the truth) about the house. Very professional and competent inspector. Do you want to know the history of the house? All the real and possible problems with your dream home? Highly Refer to Max. The realtor wants to sell you a house - and get a commission. (Nothing else interests the realtor).I admire his knowledge of the work that Max does.

Very good attention to detail and professional reporting. Inspection didn't feel rushed and all the things a buyer might be concerned with (and more) are all in his final report. Lastly but important, he was punctual and didn't waste anybody's time.

Max was a great person to work with. He came to do an inspection for us at very short notice and I was impressed at how thorough of a job he did. He really took the time to explain things to us and dumb it down into our terms. He spent the time to walk around the house with us inside and out and point out many things, good and bad. I felt very trusting of him and appreciate not only getting this done at short notice, but also at how thorough of a job he did. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him.
