Food was good, just had wait 4 min before lunch was available. Can you believe that 4 min. I had to leave the drive through and wait 3 minutes. And back in line. The food came right away which tells me it was ready when I went the first time to order. Also I ate in the parking lot and low and behold it was just warm not hot... they should be able to go from one menu to another that close to the time. Is it not 2023?????

MacDonlds seems to have lost the sense for customer service and satisfaction. I had to wait five minutes to be served and the server was not polite.

Met friends yesterday in this McDonald’s. All we ordered was 4 cups of coffee. We were waiting for them for 10 mins, when we decided to check what was taking so long. Apparently the workers forgot about our order and didn’t even notice that nobody was serving us. The place itself is dirty. It’s a challenge to find a more or less clean place to sit and enjoy your food/coffee. Sad that McDonald’s doesn’t care about cleanliness and their clients.

It wasn’t that busy! 11:10 was perfect timing for my coffee on the way to work . One of the employee passed me the coffee which super hot but he failed to close the lid properly resulting spill oh my jeans & my car seat m, burned my thighs as well !! Which m suffering from pain now ? This is always the problem with the crew,, will recommend not to waste your time by pulling in the driveway .

It took us about 20 minutes to get our food. Generally speaking, it shouldn’t take that long considering we were the only ones waiting. Second, she said she was making fresh fries and she would bring out our food. POLICY rule or should’ve said otherwise. Don’t start working when someone starts getting mad. Do your job.

Worst service ever, I got from this restaurant. They didn’t care about skip orders. I waited there about 8 minutes even the order is already made. I saw the order , it’s already prepared but I had to wait for 8-10 minutes to pick that order. I think they should have to give attention about skip orders.

Worst McDonald’s in HRM. You could ask for a coffee and they will ask you to pull ahead. This was last straw, made an app order with 2 hungry kids get there and they decide to shut power down after my order was accepted and made… just go somewhere else.

Absolutely a shame. Has been labeled the worst restaurant in Halifax for quality and Service. I honestly just got tired of always going and being ignored. Be busy that's cool but at least acknowledge the guy/ girl standing at your counter for 5 minutes. A simple be right with you or hello goes a long way. Dont just stand there and stare at us like we dont belong there. Really genuinely disappointed

Good to get a simple coffee, donut or snacks. Don't expect anything fancy. Sometimes can be sticky due to lack of cleaning but, good usually. Can also be crowded on rush hours and staff could be overstressed - blame managers and company for exploiting employees. Overall, good for a quick stop.
