I can’t recommend Westergard enough! The whole process front to back was above and beyond our expectations. Huge thanks to Steve and Tiffany for helping us with our new Bronco today. Dealing with you felt like the good old days, being treated fairly isn’t so common nowadays and it meant a lot to us. Seriously people.. take the hour and a half drive from Calgary for your next Ford. It’s worth it.

After taking a very early morning drive from Calgary to Drumheller to drop my cat off to the vet for a major surgery... the tire light came on telling me I had a low tire.  Just so happened that I was beside this dealership.  I popped in and was greeted by Kaylin.  Thankfully it was just low on air, they filled all my tires for me.  I had my keys back and I was on my way home in no time, with no charge.  In the grand scheme of things this was a very minor trip to a dealership... but to me the service was priceless.  If I can, I'll be driving to this dealership for all my service needs.  Treating a customer this well is how a business should be run!!! Thank you and keep doing what your doing!!

Its safe to say not all Ford dealership are created equal.... Fantastic service with Kaylin on getting information and parts for my nephews car. Would recommend this dealership for anyone with a Ford.

Blew a rad hose outside of town on a Friday before a long weekend and the manager himself was able to take me in after hours, fix the hose and get me on the way. Thanks to him we had a really good weekend in Drumheller and made it back home safely. I cannot express my appreciation enough for Westergard Ford!

Amazing service from Steve (salesman) and Tiffany (finance). They definitely went the extra mile for me on my deal. I traded in two vehicles used vehicles and received a more than fair price on them. The trade on my old vehicles and purchase of the new vehicle was so straightforward and simple. They made everything a breeze for me. 10/10 on customer service. I have to say the experience with Steve and the team was excellent! They made sure to address any of my requests to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. They made sure the car was delivered quickly, safely, and on time! I had also the chance to meet his father which was such a pleasure and glad he was a part of the process. Unfortunately, after taking possession I noticed a small problem with the window(happens with used cars). The situation was remedied with no hassle. It shows how much they still care about your post-purchase experience. As a small business owner, I really appreciate and value this quality of service. I highly recommend them and thanks again for everything!
