Storage Mart was good. The grounds are clean and secure. The staff is helpful and kind. My items were only there for two weeks, but we're really dusty from the drive up locker. I did cover them, but somehow they did still manage to get quite dirty. I will say the very kind person who runs the counter did warn me to make sure everything is covered. I would use them again.

I’ve been with Storage Mart in Pickering, Ont. since 2015. Dilip and Valerie are always very helpful and kind. They always make me feel welcome!The premises are clean and well kept. I had a larger unit and downsized to a smaller climate controlled unit. Both were very clean. I have no complaints.Thank you!

The Storage Mart in Pickering provided excellent customer service and I no issues during my experience over the last year and half.Additionally the Manager, Dilip was thorough and client focused.Great service.

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Valerie was awesome. Their prices are very reasonable. And the storages are big and spacious. You can stack your stuff all the way to the top. The space is neat and clean. Would definitely recommend it.

Awesome staff. Dilip has been extremely helpful. Infact he suggested better offer that what i was thinking and saved me a few extra $$He did call me to remind ro check in on saturday and they are closed on sundays. I would have missed that if he hadn’t called. I am very happy to have booked at this location.

Recently had to move houses and found Storage mart for temporary storage space. Good customer service, reasonable competitive price, clean & and very good storage space. Good so far.
