Priority Home Inspections

No. Just no. I've had several property inspections previous to the home purchase that we used this company for. I was not present for the inspection, my in-laws were; I was counting on the inspector to do a good job, since I had never seen the property, as I was in another province. Their inspection was worse than useless. They missed a recalled propane stove - inspector insisted he couldn't do a proper inspection because he couldn't get the panel open; a simple google search showed the recall. The sump pump hole was missing a sump pump - he said he didn't know what the hole was for. Guess what happens when you don't have a sump pump in an area with a high water table? Missed major, inexcusable structural and plumbing deficiencies when purchasing my home.Read the review by Christine Finn below, this wasn’t the first time.To make it worse when contacting him he avoids all responsibility as he does in the review below. The majority of these issues were encountered immediately after taking possession and yet it must be the time lapse?Positive experience before and during inspection, but I would have rather known about the foundation issues. Buyers beware.
