Thunderhill Motel

I don't recommend this motel if you are very specific with your privacy especially if you are with your love ones.The owner disregard the Don't Disturb Sign" and just barge in there! I usually sleep with just underwear cuz thats how I'm comfortable sleeping but knowing she could just barge in or if my wife

Excellent service, very friendly owners. Extremely generous and have cereal, bread, bowls, cutlery, juice, milk , etc at the ready to be used at anytime. Clean, spacious rooms with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster. Very proud owners who recommended great places to eat and things to do in town! My kids loved it and I wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Very clean, comfortable beds. Staff went over and above to make the stay as best it could be. Would give 10 stars if able!

The woman who runs this Motel is the kindest ,most caring, accommodating stranger I have ever met.Needless to say we are no longer strangers.Her rooms are amazing ,clean,comfortable, affordable and feels as close to home as I've ever had in hotel or motel.Close to everywhere.I stayed in every hotel/motel in this town. Lorraine Rocks the accommodation business.

We recently stayed at Thunderhill Motel over New Years. The stay was great. Rooms were clean and big, with a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Laureen went over and above to ensure we had everything needed, including bringing us a bottle opener and wine glasses! Highly recommend this motel if you’re in Swan.

Room was wonderful, very roomy and immaculate condition, 3rd time we stayed there and will only stay there when we visit Swan River!! Laureen is great, the nicest person and so helpful, really enjoy visiting with her, such a hard worker, love her dog too!!

The Thunderhill is a pleasant, if simple motel. The staff was very friendly, and the facilities were quite clean. The room featured a large sitting room (strangely with vinyl flooring instead of carpet), cable TV, a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. The bed was in a separate area at the back of the space; it was clean and comfortable. The room has a window air conditioner in the sleeping area.Parking is right in front of the rooms - very convenient.Breakfast is provided: cereal, bread for toasting, milk, etc. There isn't a dining area, but all the rooms have the aforementioned toasters.The staff are very friendly, offering dinner recommendations, and making sure I was comfortable.

Stayed at the Thunderhill motel while I was in Swan River for work. The owner went out of her way to make sure my stay was perfect! I had an issue with the fridge in my room, and she had a brand new one for me the next day! Rooms are very clean and spacious! Would 100% recommend staying here!

Had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed which allowed us a good nights sleep. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at, and that covers quite a few places. Floor plan was great, with a comfortable chesterfield for seating, have never adjusted to sitting on a bed! All the usual amenities, and also a toaster. So appreciated that.A piece of toast was great Never enjoy a big breakfast when travelling. So clean. Helpful and cheerful staff. Highly recommend this motel.
