Very good condo management company. Reputable. I'm comfortable trusting them to manage our condo finances, entrusting mine and 90 other homes to their care. Pricing is competitive. Casey herself is always ready to get elbows deep and tackle any problem if things get hairy.

Nothing but amazing service from this management company. Christina Brown is extremely knowledgeable and has guided us through some tricky situations flawlessly. I have worked with her for 9 years, as a board member but Sanderson Management Inc has been managing our condo for over 11 years. I highly recommend them.

Sanderson is a well managed, well organized company. They manage the condo building we own a unit in and I feel they are working very effectively with owners and the Board to maintain the quality of the site and ensure that it is well maintained and all residents needs are taken care of. I recommend that Boards looking for a comprehensive management company take a look at Sanderson and all that they offer.

Evelina Turney, one of the property managers for Sanderson management (They have thirteen, which is also more than most) does a fantastic job.Evelina took over managing our townhouse complex back in March 2023,as soon as something hits her desk, she's on it.The difference in performance and turnaround for solutions she has provided has definitely shined a new light on what this management company is capable of.She's not only does Evelina explain processes and what things look like from their end (giving context to any hold ups or actions Sanderson management is taking), she's also understanding and actively listens to provide solutions.
