I haven’t used this service for the fact that they have sent someone to my door 3 times now. I live across from a big field so no way going to stop weeds and with this heat and grass turning why would I. I have someone to cut my grass already. I’m so sickOf being bothered by this company. I told them not to ever come back.

My yard has been neglected for several years so, I decided to give Weed Man a try. They have only been coming for a few months now and I can already notice a difference in the quantity of weeds. Next year I think I will add another service to my package.

Excellent weed control service over the years. Very reasonable prices considering they have to drive up the mountain with a truck full of chemicals. Even though I haven't used their service for over 10 years, they still had all my details and were ready to come out at the drop of a hat. Their phone reception is great. I've spoken to Kirsten and Kathy who are both friendly and knowledgeable, great listeners too. I'll be recommending this business to anyone needing weed control.

The work done is not worth the money. For 8 visits x 8 min each time= what can you expect. Each technician is allotted 8 min for each property @ each visit. My lawn has not improved one bit. Technician ignored our question of why the lawn was not completely sprayed. When I called the office & complained the answer I received from the staff is that they have done the job. They will send a senior technician to check the work done.

I just started using this service a few months ago. So far I have found the staff to be very friendly and courteous. I receive notice of upcoming visits by email and can express any concerns via email. I have received immediate response to any communication. So far I am very satisfied!

I’ve used the weed man for several years with decent results. I prepay every year and by the end of July I have not received service. When I called they did not have me scheduled and the best they could do was try in the coming weeks but could not provide me a date or any guarantee they would in fact complete the service. I got a refund instead. Very disappointed.This is also not the first time I’ve had to phone them well into the season to ask them to come out.
