Too bad that their going out of business, understandable that they can't compete with the larger US box stores. Unfortunately, I stopped at Cabelas as the prices were considerably lower than Wholesale Sports

The going out of business sale is more expensive than their regular prices used to be! Bought some hooks at 30 percent off then went to Cabelas and the hooks were cheaper there at regular price than I paid on going out of business SALE... There are tons of items that were discontinued or clearance at 50% off plus that are now just 15% off. It's so sad that this company was managed into the ground! I'm gonna miss this store. Would have been nice to do a customer appreciation sale for the outfitters that supported them for years instead of giving away what's left of you inventory to randoms but hey I guess that's why your going out of business.

Great Select and Variety of outdoor stuff, guns, ammo, fishing tackle and camp stuff. Even a good selection of clothing. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. A great alternative to get hard to find items.

Price matching is a plus and the store is easy to shop and find items, but often times some of the departments are out of stock almost immediately on sale items (like their footwear department, which has also been a dead-zone for staff lately).

Horrible service. Took forever to fins someone to help me. They had the same item $30 cheaper at cabelas. They wouldn't even price match it so I had to go to cabelas. Much happier shopping there now. Will not come back

Cant say a bad thing about this place, the people are very friendly especially if you are new to firearms, if you go to the other place in town (you know which one!) they can sometimes be snobby or in the least less welcoming than wholesale sports. They also have more stuff it seems, cabela fills their store with their own duplicate brand of everything, wholesale fills it with novel items. They also have WAY better prices.

Service is marginal if you get any. Most of the time the staff is too busy visiting to help you out or take your money for what you are trying to buy. The only reason it gets 3 stars is the selection is the best in the city, way better than Cabelas.

Great selection of goods. Too bad they will be closing at the end of December. I went in and looked around and saw deals everywhere. If you wait they might have better sales, but the selection will go fast.
