Trifon's Pizza
Visiting from out of town. Called to place an order. Told it would be half an hour which seemed like a long wait for 9pm on a Tuesday. My pizza was quite over cooked, my husbands hamburger bun was soggy on the top and bottom, fries were over done and the bacon was almost not cooked.

Haven't had Trifons pizza in about 20 yrs since I moved out of province. Was here for work and the pizza was as good as I remembered, very very good. Had it to go, so can't comment on dining room too much. The lady that was working was super nice, helpful, gave me napkins and paper plates as I said we would be eating on the road. Only downside was the washrooms need some work, both urinals broken, bit at least it was clean, but needing some updating.

Excellent pie. Think Pizza Hut with less grease, better taste and a tad crispier. Will be visiting again! Also excellent service through n' through.

My wife (who is physically disabled and has a small service dog) were denied entry to this restaurant because pets are not allowed" even though we showed his licence.Do not patronize this restaurant as they knowingly break the law. If they will do this you never know what other laws they break including health codes.You never know what life holds in store for you and one day it could be you who is in our situation.Companies shoukd not be able to break laws like this without repercussions."

Trifon's Pizza
First time here for us and also the first time at a Trifton's Pizza . The restaurant is nicely decorated, clean and has a very nice atmosphere. Our attendant was very friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. I ordered a small vegetarian pizza and it was delicious, loaded with lots of toppings and a good size. It was too much to eat and I had to take half of it home. I was impressed and will definitely tell my friends about this great restaurant.

Food was okay but service was not good for delivery. After ordering online, we received an anticipated delivery time of 1 hour from order. After 1 hour 15 minutes, we still hadn’t received the order and I phoned the restaurant. After hearing “One second, I’ll check” about 3 separate times, I was told, “It’s on the way.” Note: we were staying 5 minutes from the restaurant. 15 minutes later, still no food. I called back. Talked to the same lady who seemed to have no recollection of our earlier conversation. While I was on the phone, the food arrived (about 30 minutes late). We were missing a pizza from our order, the food that was supposed to be hot (pizza, calamari, fries) was all cold, and only one drink had a straw in it, and it was not full and had pop in the straw (looked like some was drunk out of it, but can’t say for sure). Since my earlier calls were not ideal, I sent an email detailing my concerns. 15 minutes later, the missing pizza shows up. Cold. The driver said it was ‘misplaced’. But it was already 2 hours since we had ordered and I had no use for a cold pizza by that time. Still have not received any reply in writing or an apology for the inconvenience. Would not recommend.

I swear the cook put nearly-spoiled mushrooms in our pizza as our fishless pizza had a fishy taste to it. If we werent having a child's birthday and ravenously hungry, I would have made a scene. The bathrooms were foul smelling (both the men's and women's) which gives the impression of a restaurant where the owners don't even try anymore. The service was good and the pizza bread was addictively good. Hope this restaurant fixes their problems.
