Very glad to have a locksmith come out to assist us in an emergency, when all others on town said NO because their staff were on service calls. We just moved into our home and did not know that the deadbolt was seized up. This was during the recent heatwave and we were locked out of our home due to the failure of an old deadbolt. Though our kitty had lots of food and water, we we so worried that she could have suffered in the heat if it weren't for the quick services of this company. We are very grateful!

I paid nearly $300 to have a lock changed on my storage door. It was not installed properly and the interior door knob fell off. I texted to ask for them to come fix it and he said he would that day. He didn’t show and did not return subsequent texts. Buyer beware.

Doug came to the rescue when our keys suddenly stopped working. It was a holiday long weekend and he made the housecall, was great to explain what was happening and how to prevent issues in the future. Would 100% recommend.
