E Badminton Training Centre

Called in last night and made a reservation for 9am, got here at 8:45, waited until 9:30, and DOOR-IS-CLOSED.Google says open at 9, but on the door says open at 10am. You’d think the reception who booked us would know better when they’re open. Huge waste of time this morning.

Amazing place! The place is spaced out really well and they have an amazing staff that will help you in terms of booking and anything else you need. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

My child has been with coach Michelle for a year. The lesson is very effective. I see great improvement from a year ago.

Fist time booed two hours session to play badminton. Unfortunately we only could play for about 45 minutes due to the bad air ventilation the whole place smells really bad and at the end they wouldn’t refund us the second hour. They also need to have another receptionist to Handel booking and show rental because it took us 15 minutes to check in and get the right shoe size.

Fun place to go and play with a bunch of friends to get some reps in. Staff was nice and helpful, no issues during the rental process. The facility itself is also well kept. Overall had a good time will go play again.

You can never reach out to a person who can make decision, and you are required to write endless emails to the so-called management for whatever you come across. Zero service can be felt, planning really sucks!! You can never expect email or text message notification if planning changes. I had very awful experiences with their slowness in managing the requests. Once, my kid had to defer one of the training session because of illness, and as required by the receptionist, prior approval should be granted from their management, but you can never reach out to a manager there. Then I was told to write emails, and I did as what they suggested. Many days later, when you get back to them and ask them about when it would be good time to make it up, they told me the email did not count, and I have to write another to their so-called management email box, which really drove me nut by the bureaucratic way" of treating customers. if you want kind of peace of mind

I play at few clubs in Toronto. I guess this one is pretty cool place. Definitely will be back

Guys please don’t come here if you DONT HAVE PROFESSIONAL BADMINTON SHOES! Any other shoes won’t be allowed. They didn’t mention this when booking through the phone and you have to rent their shoes to be able to play. The manager John Lau was very firm about this, my friends had to play bare foot in the end, Please keep this in mind, or just go to other places like KC or Epic, much better facilities and less strict about shoes.

They should feel lucky there is no 0 starwe went to this place first time tonight, we have total 16 people and booked court 7,8,9 from 8-10pmAll 3 courts are extremely slippery even with badminton sport shoes.many of us almost fall, and 2 of our friends has fallen on the ground seriously. The girl had to go emergency hospital and we are waiting for her examination resultThere is no manager show up or call after this happened, no first aid kit, only cashier gave a business card say you can contact this director, he will take care of this and of course the director didnt pick up our phone callalso they refused to provide security camera recording

This badminton facility was in an okay state. Court itself was fine but some parts of the court were slippery. Often times you would be blinded by the lights when looking up. Lastly, there is not enough spacing between courts. So if players from both courts are to smash from the backline, they would definitely clash.They have friendly staff though.All in all, probably won’t return unless I cant get a reservation elsewhere.
