I visit at this gas station recently and the service by the employee was good the night guy is a nice person

I feel bad saying this. It is seem like the homeless are hanging iat the service stations; I guess they have washrooms and sometimes people that can afford automobiles could drop loonys/2 dollar coin!

The Circle K convenient store is very small and have very limited selection of drinks and snacks.The gas station is well kept and clean.Hand sanitizer is available at the stations.Many parking space the hand clean the car after car wash if one preferred.

Employee yelled because I lifed the nozzle to fill up and pay inside. Like I do at every other gas station. The pump does not state that I can't. You can clearly see from the picture that it says I can. But as soon as I lifted the nozzle the rude employee started yelling from the intercom. From reading the reviews. I am not the only one with this experience. I don't know where you're from but here in Canada you have at least an ounce of decorum when addressing customers. Worst customer service

The morning shift guy can't handle the job very well. He charged the money to wrong person. Don't know why he didn't ask people what pump numbers at first. I had gas and lottery together. He insisted that I have to pay the gas and lottery separately. I said I have to pay the gas and lottery at same time because I am on rush. Guess what?! He said I yielded to him. Man, You are not a baby under your mommy's arms. If You can't work under the pressure, I think you should quit the job.

*UNSAFE SAFF* I was verbally degraded and verbally assaulted by the attendant, all becasue I *stepped over*, not on, a newly laid tile that had pylons but zero signage and covid arrows pointing the direction I walked. He was extremely rude and instead of letting it go continued to verbally berate me with 2 other customers in the store, then yelled and sweared at me through the intercom when pumping my gas becasue the machine wasn't registering that I had pre-paid and I simply glanced inside the store, so he yelled at me...2 other customers outside witnessed this and told me to write a formal complaint. It's sad that there are multiple other review like this, and clearly the owner does not care to do anything about it. Your customers feel unsafe....or now past customers.

The car wash app and vacuum both were not working since Thursday, no one can help solve the problem. The cashier said that that happened a few days ago and there is nothing he can do.Can anyone help at all? I guess esso doesn't really care as they got money from customers already.
