Worst experience ever. The pricing was not explained and definitely not included in our paperwork. Thank God I snapped a photo on my phone for evidence later. There are laws against price gouging. Worst. Place. Ever. I have filed taxes in many states and NEVER charged the way they did after taking 4 weeks to do paperwork. Save your money. ANYWHERE ELSE IS CHEAPER, FASTER, BETTER.

If I could give this place zero stars i would. Do not go to this place for taxes. They refused to give us a price because we had to call back with my child's ssn so they could complete the forms. The price somehow tripled from the time we went in to the time we got home. Unacceptable customer care. Save yourself the time and money for a place that charges almost 400$ to complete and file 4 tax forms. Our preparer also said she didn't even charge us for stuff"..but when we asked exactly what she didn't charge us for her response was
