the worst food I have eaten in Canada in my two years of stay, lousy service, old and bad tasting vegetables, little amount of food. the most delicious thing I could taste was the Pepsi they gave me. I wasted more than half of the burrito bowl. You can't eat this horrible food. worst of all is that I'm not Picky with food but this very unpleasant experience. The service was bad too.

I ordered a large veggie burrito, it was mostly iceberg lettuce and sour cream. Very small portion of beans & rice, no grilled “veggies”, & they do not grill the tortillas. I’m not mad just disappointed.

The worst customer service I have ever seen!! I totally understand if I couldn’t get the food that I ordered, because there are too much noise from the kitchen. But when this happened to the staff Mary, she questioned me, and told me “no, you didn’t ordered”. Of course I told her yes, I did ordered it, but it’s fine. And then she stand there and repeated “no you didn’t ordered.” OMG, I know what I did ordered!! I asked her are you going to make a new one for me? She became crazy, and said I yell her, so she refused to serve me.It was just a FRIES!!! I ordered deluxe fries, and she made a regular one. Don’t be so drama! Just adding the meet and tomato sauce. And THAT’S IT!!!!

Terrible service here. Came in on taco Tuesday and was charged extra for several items without being told I would and without it being noted on the menu. When I asked why my bill was so much I was called rude and treated very poorly by the employees. I said I would pay the price after saying it would be nice if they notified members at the time of ordering of any additional costs. The female employee then slammed the taco on the counter behind her and said nope I’ll eat this one for you and we will make you a new plain one with no add ons…So rude.On top of this the ground beef was cold and had a very gross fatty texture.Also they seem to have their own very young children.. maybe 10 years old?? Using the registers… does not seem quite right.Do not eat here.

It's a quick and easy meal. I really enjoy it there when I do go. I did get a burrito today and was a bit disappointed, it was a bit soggy but I usually get the hard shell tacos and I really like those.Also I always ask for hot sauce and most of the time they give me a salsa or it's watered down or something like that *it's not spicy and kinda runny* I'm not sure why. But easy enough to grab some from my kitchen so. Otherwise I think it's pretty good.

Do not go here, I placed an order for a burrito bowl pretty standard you’d think but the guy was new and so was his co worker so they fight about where and what it is she (coworker) gets a plate puts lettuce lots just in the middle of the plate a scoop of beans and one of rice some black beans on top of the lettuce like 6 corn bits and cheese sauce it’s mostly lettuce so I ask to add beef and she says no since I said veggie she laughs at me then she can’t find burrito bowl in her computer so I am standing there like 5 minutes when she asks her also new coworker I just say nvm just give me the fries( which I also order) she asks what to do with what she made and I say it doesn’t look at all like the picture it should have at least a bit of resemblance I think and she says it never looks like the picture she says she won’t give me anything and gestures me away so don’t go to this location and if that really was the burrito bowl don’t go anywhere near this place

Was feeling pretty hungry and decided to grab a bite hear :) there menu was pretty affordable and I was drawn to the taco salad option. First few bites where pretty good :o but after I ran out of sauce the meal became kinda dull... And I found it challenging to finish the meal. Definitely would suggest coming hear to fill up for cheap.

There aren't any TacoTimes on the East Coast so I thought I'd give it a try. I was actually looking for Taco Bell but there aren't any in Vancouver or the North Shore.Interestingly though, I thought the food tastes exactly the same as Taco Bell. Haha.

There are 2 Nice Ladies work here now. very friendly and courteous and Honest. Very quick with your orders. They always get our orders right. Food is fresh and Delicious. Eat in or take out. The tables are always being cleaned. Washrooms close by. Parking everywhere. Taco Tuesdays and Burrito Thursdays. It is Taco Time Today !!
