I have come to Chucks a few times, and have never had an exceptional experience. Often times the food is chewy or overcooked, and while the service and atmosphere are generally okay, it doesn't really make up for the subpar food. The food is extremely cheap though, so I cannot complain there.This place is probably a good place to go for drinks with some friends, as the bar area is nice, but for a family meal there are better places in the area.

Been to other chuck’s location and I didn’t write anything coz it never irritated me as much as this location.. We came in at 7:13pm, ordered at 7:25, food came in at 8:25pm. We had the kids butter parm pasta and cheeseburger. Both dry and tasteless. Pasta was more on the hard side, cheeseburger was so dry! I had the top sirloin and lobster tail with upgrade of caesar’s. Costco’s caesar salad has the same taste. Nvm that. But the meat! It’s hard and burnt on the side and I asked for medium well! I did not complain sadly, because I was thinking that’s what u get for a $25 steak and lobster tail. Plus our waitress was busy but nice.Wont be back at this location for sure.

Don't care that it's a chain... what a fantastic place. Floored by the amazing price. Oh and the staff is great and the kitchen does a steak to die for... yes a steak at a chain roadhouse, perfectly cooked and delicious.

My favorite place to go thanks to the great service, always look forward to seeing my regular servers Lauren and Olivia, They always make you feel right at home. Wouldn't be the same without them! Not too mention a Burger, fries and a beer for less than a McDonald's meal, It's awesome! And their gravy is the best around! (In my opinion)

I had the steak and lobster tail, and it was so good. The price was also fantastic and the service was great as well. It was rather noisy but it is a sports bar and there was a game so that's understandable. I'm definitely coming back.

I personally wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. I’ve been here two times in the last week with some friends, and the service has not been great. They only come up to you when they’re taking your drink or food order, and when they’re bringing you your food or drinks. Other than that, it’s almost like they avoid you the rest of the time. The music is really loud and they have the tv’s loud as well so it’s fairly overwhelming. It takes a crazy amount of time for your food to come out, whether it’s appetizers or an actual meal. They have taken my food away before I’m even done. Some of our food was burnt. Definitely do not recommend this location but other locations are better in my opinion.

I've been to this location over a dozen times. The service was always top notch as well as the food. The last 3 visits were definitely not at par with what we had expected. 1. The service was extremely poor. Waiting for water, for our order to be taken, for our food to come out, and follow-ups (ie. Drink refills). 2. The food has come out to us cold or overcooked. The quality of their appetizers has gone down drastically. Yesterday was our final test and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. We arrived at 8:50pm and wanted to order a few appetizers as it's 50% off after 9pm. A lady arrived at our table at 8:55pm and took our order - which included 2 waters, buffalo chicken quesadilla, nachos with buffalo chicken and loaded fries. It took about 10 minutes to receive our water and at that point we knew it was going to be another flop. There were maybe 3-4 tables full, but the rest of the restaurant was empty. We had finished our water and had not seen our waitress for some time. Finally she made her appearance and started to take other orders and serve the other tables; completely ignoring us. At almost 9:40pm our food was finally served to us. The 3 items that we ordered were rather simple to make and given the lack of people dining, we didn't expect to wait this long. We set a timer and planned to walk out if it didn't arrive by 9:45pm. The nachos were overcooked and had barely any chicken on-top. There was more salsa and sour cream than chicken and cheese. The buffalo chicken quesadilla had no kick to it and was super dry. The quesadilla was burnt on both sides and had a disgusting burnt taste to it. The only thing that came out proper were the fries, which were just an add-on that we didn't even expect to order to begin with, but had decided last minute. In the three recent times we visited, we never complained as we thought maybe it was a one off. However, we've come to the conclusion that we won't return. Our previous experience was just as terrible and we decided to eat, pay and leave. Our rare steaks weren't cooked properly at that time, but it was a long wait for them, so we said nothing as we just wanted out of there. Last night was a true eye opener for us. Given the lack of customers we had high hopes. We ate quickly and left at 10:03pm. I know we had only ordered the 3 appetizers, but it's the principle. We planned to order more, but decided against it after the long unnecessary wait. If you plan to visit a Chuck's, I would recommend trying another location instead.

Atmosphere was fun and everyone was having a great time! However, we almost never saw our server, it took 10mins for someone to greet us at the door and my steak was very very dry.Chucks is normally my go to, this was my first time at this location and this was the first time I was disappointed.
