We had a great ordering experience however, made it all the way home to find our two Famous Chicken Sandwiches weren’t in our bag. They were $9.99 each so we lost over $20 spent on food we never got. Really disappointed.We called in and the manager on duty wrote our name down for a credit to have our sandwiches replaced on our next visit. Thank you so much!

Ordered for the first time at the Osoyoos location. We live in Oliver so there is a bit of a drive there and home. Very disappointed when we got home and everything was full of grease and there was almost a slime on the chicken-yuck! Won't be going there anytime soon again. (The yellow on the box is grease.)

The food was good as it should be and served fast and hot. Decent free parking spots and drive thru for who is ordering while driving. App. didnt let me to order online for this location for some reason. Inside was a couple of tables and barstools to sit. Perhaps this was one of the few KFC's in BC that I've seen with inside sitting area. Washrooms was available for customers and clean.

The food was great not greasy or salty. I had a chicken sandwich which I never ordered before but I will definitely order another. And my friend had a 2 piece chicken dinner all white meat. Also there were new employees that started that day and they did well you would think they were working for a while but no they we new employees. I give them a 10 I’m very happy that they finally built a KFC in Osoyoos.

I ordered a chicken burger with fries and a drink.It sat on the counter and the cashier wouldn't even give it to me.By the time I got it the fries were cold.I watched them make other orders , no gloves on their hands for safety protection to the customer.Unsanitary. Health dept violation.Wouldn't accept American money.Dropped some popcorn chicken on floor and put it in the carry out drum container for someone's order.Chicken seemed On the Raw Side too.I'll never go there again.Very disappointed. Even the service was poor. Young guys there. Need some adults for supervision

This is the second time I have purchased from this location. Although the chicken was hot and cooked well it had virtually no flavor. The 11 herbs and spices just were not apparent to me , the chicken did not even have the aroma of KFC. I have to say I am not suffering from a loss of smell or taste, the KFC i have been enjoying my whole life was much tastier than this. Maybe if they added more or even some spices it would be more appealing. The BBQ chickens sold at the grocery store have more flavor.

My experience tonight at this location was 5 stars. The kindness and heart shown by one of their staff will never be forgotten. I was shown by action there are some people in this world who still care :)

Went to use KFC gift card on twosdays and was told they don't accept KFC gift cards. Worthless piece of plastic! ............ so think twice before you purchase KFC gift cards as a gift (money is accepted everywhere so why would you exchange your hard earned $ for funny money?)

There seems to be a trend here of bad reviews. This is just another in a long line. Obviously the owners don't seem to care or they would be making the changes.My wife ordered a 10 piece meal this evening for the family. We got home and they forgot the large gravy. We opened the chicken and it was wet looking (like it was soaked in water). There were pieces that were actually split in half (like someone broke it open to check if it was cooked).We drive back across town to get the gravy. We also bring the disgusting chicken.The manager (owners son) refused to replace the chicken. He said there was nothing wrong with it. He argued that he was not replacing it no matter what. He kept stating it was fresh which it wasn't.He then told me that chicken is kept for up to 1.5 hours in the heater.It was also 7:30pm. They close at 8pm. They were already trying to close and this is why they couldn't be bothered fixing their mistakes....they just wanted to leave.Poor food. Poor customer service. Poor management!

****I came back to edit and took 2 stars away because I wrote this review in the drive thru and after leaving realized they forgot to give us 4 hot wings and the fries were soggy and that hurt my feelings. ***We came through the drive thru at 7:45 and whomever was working the window (he had some tatts on his arm?) was the nicest guy we’ve had at a drive thru in a long time. Thanks for being so nice man, we appreciate it.
