We purchased our Blackatone Griddle from KLH-RV and couldn't be happier with the customer service we received. When there was some damage from shipping, Dave immediately contacted Blackstone and had everything taken care of. I reccomended him to my sister who also purchased a griddle and had an equally positive experience. Thank you KLH-RV for your quick responses and great customer service , we love our Blackstone!

My husband called and asked for a few repairs on our 5th wheel trailer in January 2023. They set up a time in March that they would come out to do the repairs. We sent all the requested pictures and then never heard back. My husband called again at the end of March and was told they would call him back and again we have not heard from them. Had we known they didn’t want to do the work we would have found someone else. Now it’s hard to find anyone available before camping season begins. Definitely would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

Called to have them service my refrigerator in my RV. He came took pictures of the serial number and said he would order the part required. Said it would take about 2 weeks. I called him 5 times and emailed over the next 2 months. They did not respond, ever. I came to find out they are not authorized dealer to fix my refrigerator. A simple phone call fom them to explain would have not wasted 2 months of my time. Very irresponsible business.
