Frustrated. We came at 9:55 for an appointment. The person who walked in without an appointment after us at 10:14 came into the room at the same time.We did come prior to our appointment, but we would come in 19 minutes earlier if we would not have an appointment booked at all.Strange new electronic system. Should be adjusted (something like merge appointments and walk ins, compared base arrival time)Otherwise everything was ok.

They are very quick compared to others. Very nice and welcoming. I recommend if you are nervous about needles.

Since being privatized and taken over by Dynalife, service has become absolute horrible. Expect to book appointments 2 months ahead of time and still wait an hour to get in. If you are walking in, expect to spend 2 to 3 hours waiting. It is just ridiculous.

1 star is higher should be option for 0. Average wait time is 3 hours plus no respect of anyone's time. Walk-in wait is 2 hours plus. Appointment wait is aslo 1 hour plus.

Not a good system here and they don't care to waste your time. First off I think there needs to be a better system for people with an appointment to check in when there is a line up of people checking in, with a combo of walk-ins and people with appointments. Got there early but didn't get to check in" until over 10 minutes after my appointment time. Then I was told they couldn't do my test (glucose test for pregnancy) because it was too close to their 4 PM closing time (appointment was at 2:40 PM) although on the phone earlier that day when I phoned to make sure that wouldn't be an issue

Worst laboratory ever. Made an appointment 2 months ago and waited 1.5 hours before I could finally get my bloodwork done. Slowest staff ever and when I asked to use the bathroom I would have died right there is eyes could kill. Save yourself. Don’t go there

Just went today for normal bloodwork, with a extremly busy workplace the staff was great at coordinating and directing patients. The wait times are no fault of the staff and numerous people were showing up late which delays everyone. Great place but call or book an appointment online in advance

Sadly, I always have a poor experience with lab services staff. Staff simply does not have respect for patients time. I was left sitting for 30 minutes after my appointment time in the treatment room. When the employee finally showed up they did not apologize for being late or explain the delay. People are getting labs done because they have no choice, so please don’t make the experience more miserable than it already is.

Still they are requesting to put a mask on.. COVID mandatory….they sad …this request is coming from there company.. they sad also that I must want outside if I’m not going to put my mask on.Asking questions about my requisition they was also very rude ..waiting time even if you have an appointment is long…..and as I can see the reason that they are running late is because they are not having a lot of personal to make on time the exams.. it seems that a lot employs have quite from this company..
